Massage Therapy
is a hands-on manipulation of soft tissues
of the body. Different techniques are
used such as long relaxing strokes, kneading,
friction, tapping and shaking motions.
Massage provides many
benefits including:
• Increasing and improving
blood circulation thereby aiding faster
healing where necessary
• Mental and physical relaxation
• Decreased muscle tension,
• Decreasing stiffness and pain in muscles
and joints
• Promoting a greater sense of well-being
We offer a variety of
massage sessions:
• Full body massage –1
hour
• Back massage including shoulders and
neck – 30 mins
• Relaxation massage for 30 min including
face, neck, hands and feet.
Sports Massage
Uses the same techniques as Traditional
Massage but is deeper and more forceful.
This kind of massage is especially beneficial
for active athletes. The therapist usually
focuses on the part of the body which
has been involved in injury or is sore.
