Prenatal Classes


Couples classes cover the following :

• How the body prepares itself for labour
• Positions; breathing; self help remedies
• Pain relief options – medical and non-medical
• How the birth supporter can help
• Physical and mental aspects of coping with labour
• Early post natal period; what to expect; breastfeeding

Women only classes cover the same as the couples but with more emphasis on the following

• Psychological aspects of pregnancy and labour
• Breathing
• Movement
• Relaxation
• Practice positions for labour

Baby Massage Courses

These courses are ideal for new mums to help them gain confidence handling their babies whilst gaining support from other new and experienced mums
