Role of the Life Coach

1. To listen and be supportive.

Help you to see your strengths and to use them.
3. Not to offer answers and tell you what to do, but to ask powerful questions that challenges you to think and come up with your own answers and solutions.
4. Help you discover your dreams, aspirations, goals, values and believes and keep you focused to get there.
5 Provide you with powerful tools that will support and help you take action towards the results you desire.
    Coaching sessions will focus on

Self-Limiting Beliefs - What stops you
4. Self-Esteem - What are your strengths
