What we eat is incredibly important to our health and even more important if we have already become ill. This is true for all ages.  A set of dietary guidelines, to suit the individual is developed to assist in both the healing process and the maintenance of well-being.

TUINA

A healing technique that incorporates Massage, Acupressure and Qi Gong. The emphasis is on balancing and strengthening the body’s own energy to both combat and prevent illness. Tuina can be used on its own or in conjunction with acupuncture treatments

ACUPUNCTURE FOR CHILDREN

Paediatric Acupuncture is a safe, trusted, non-invasive and effective treatment for many childhood conditions.  Kids can be treated from 3 months to teenage.  Only sterile extra fine disposable needles are used in this practice.  It is not painful; the child only feels a slight tingling sensation, nothing like an immunization.   Children are very sensitive and responsive to acupuncture and so treatments are short, often taking only a few minutes.  We have lots of fun toys for the kids  - they play with them and become relaxed and distracted. Most children really do enjoy coming and look forward to their treatments.
